Our Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, end of tenancy, and after builders cleaning. Specific services and pricing are agreed before each booking.
Bookings & Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days. A booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us. Please ensure we can access your property at the agreed time.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion for one-off services, or as agreed for regular services. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments.
Cancellation
- More than 48 hours notice: No charge
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% charge
- Less than 24 hours: Full charge
Satisfaction Guarantee
Not happy with our work? Contact us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean the areas of concern at no extra charge.
Insurance
We are fully insured. Report any damage within 24 hours with photos for us to investigate.
Your Responsibilities
Please secure valuables, inform us of any hazards or pets, and ensure water and electricity are available.
